My Approach
Every journey is unique. Whether or not you engage in a full psychedelic experience, I offer a personalized approach that honors your needs, timing, and capacity.
I work within a flexible four-phase model – consultation & screening, preparation, inner work, and integration – but not everyone moves through all phases in the same way. Some clients may not be ready or suited for psychedelics, and that’s okay. Preparation and integration can be powerful in their own right, supported by a blend of methods that foster insight, healing, and embodied change.
This process is designed to help you prepare with intention, journey with support, and integrate with care, so the transformations you experience can be meaningfully embodied in daily life.
1. Initial Consultation & Screening
We begin by exploring your motivations, intentions, and background in a safe space for questions and mutual understanding.
You’ll then complete a confidential screening form, covering your mental and physical health, medical history, and past experiences. This ensures our work together is safe and appropriate.
If we decide it’s a good fit, we move forward with tailored preparation.
2. Preparation
Together, we co-create the framework for your journey. This includes:
- Exploring your intentions
- Establishing emotional boundaries
- Creating rituals for grounding
- Practicing tools like breathwork, journaling, or somatic awareness
We also clarify expectations and address any fears or resistance, so you feel ready mentally, emotionally, and practically.
3. Guided Inner Journey (up to 8-10 hours)
Each journey begins with grounding and presence – often through a calming guided meditation or somatic practice tailored to your needs. From there, you are invited to enter your inner process in a safe, quiet, and supportive environment.
Throughout the session, my role is to hold a compassionate, non-judgmental space. I offer emotional and physical support as needed, meeting you where you are in each moment. Some clients prefer silence and solitude, others may feel the need to speak, process, or be gently guided. I attune to your needs – whether that means offering grounding touch (with consent), supportive words, silence, or simply being present.
I also provide practical support – bringing water, tea, or a blanket or a pillow – ensuring you feel safe, held, and cared for throughout the journey. You remain sovereign in your experience; I am here to witness, anchor, and support whatever unfolds.
4. Integration Session
Integration is where transformation takes root. In this session, we revisit your journey and begin the process of weaving the insights, revelations, and emotional shifts into your daily life. Integration is not just about remembering what happened – it’s about living differently because of what you experienced.
Integration may include:
- Reflective practices (journaling, creative expression, voice notes)
- Ongoing rituals or mindfulness techniques
- Behavioral or habit shifts
- Inner child or parts work
- Communicating needs and boundaries
- Aligning work, creativity, or relationships with your values
- Establishing self-care and supportive routines
Integration is an ongoing process, and this session offers clarity on your next steps – practical, emotional, and spiritual. If desired, we can schedule additional sessions to continue this unfolding process over time.
My Methods
Alongside the four-phase process, I offer a range of supportive methods that stand alone or complement psychedelic work:
- Vision & Goal Alignment – Clarify direction, align with values, and take intentional steps forward.
- Meditation, Breathwork & Yoga – Cultivate presence, emotional awareness, and nervous system regulation.
- Embodied Self-Care – Somatic practices and bodywork for release, reconnection, and integration.
- Ongoing Integration Support (optional) – Anchor insights into meaningful change, new habits, and sustainable self-care.
A Personalized Path
This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. I meet you with presence, intuition, and care, and together we create a process that honors your healing, your pace, and your path.
Client Reflection
The reflection below is shared with permission and offers insight into the depth of this work.
“About a year ago, I found myself at a pivotal point in my life, deeply longing for a new outlook on life and its purpose. As it happened, destiny guided me toward Þura, who kindly offered herself as a facilitator — not with quick solutions, but through a carefully balanced journey using the wonders that nature has to offer, wonders that have the capacity to unveil a hidden world within us.
And what a world it is.
I would never have believed that such mental clarity and capacity could be accessed through some of our ‘forbidden fruits.’ Yet there is a paradox involved. Engaging in this kind of journey can change everything — or nothing at all. The key lies in careful integration between sessions, in manifesting the learnings in our everyday thoughts and lives. One should not expect the mind to detox without deliberately removing toxins from one’s life.
Þura made this point very clear from the beginning and opened her toolbox to support that process. I was fortunate to listen, because it has made all the difference.
There is, however, another essential element: there is no single path or method for this journey. Do not expect — or accept — someone to lead you in that way. The art of facilitation is not one of authority, but of humble guidance, something Þura consistently embodied throughout our sessions. Her kindness and empathetic presence became an anchor on my journey.
I am still integrating these learnings into my life, and I still have much to learn. But the path is set, and I now embrace life with renewed hope and a different perspective. The journey has just begun.”
