Psychedelic inner work is a guided, intentional process of self-exploration, emotional healing, and expanded awareness. It may involve the use of sacred plant medicines or other psychedelic substances – always privately, with full responsibility, and aligned with your readiness and intention.

This work is not about escaping reality, but about turning inward with courage, curiosity, and compassion. Psychedelics can bring suppressed emotions, unresolved patterns, spiritual insights, or creative visions into awareness. Within a safe, structured container, these experiences can become catalysts for meaningful transformation.

As your guide, I hold a grounded, non-judgmental presence throughout the entire process – supporting preparation, navigating the journey safely, and integrating insights into daily life. I work with clear ethical boundaries, intuitive care, and deep respect for your autonomy.

This is a collaborative process. Together, we co-create a private space tailored to your needs and values – a space where you can explore, release, and heal with trust and confidence.

What You Can Expect to Gain

  • Deep emotional release and healing
  • Clarity about life direction or purpose
  • Connection with a deeper spiritual dimension
  • Transformation of limiting beliefs or behaviors
  • Increased self-compassion, presence, and authenticity

Inner work can be challenging, but you don’t have to face it alone. If you feel called to explore this path, I’m here to walk with you.

A Client Reflection

The reflection below is shared with permission and offers insight into the depth of this work.

“Why is it so difficult to surrender? I have asked myself this question ever since a friend referred me to Þura, a psychedelics practitioner and guide in Iceland.

Resistance was my initial reaction, especially after a two-year odyssey of therapy, coaching, and medication that had already improved my mental health. Hadn’t I surrendered enough? I had restored routines, repaired relationships, and learned to manage anxiety and depression. And yet, a quiet curiosity remained. So I reached out.

Magnetism — that’s how I would describe Þura. With care and compassion, she led me through a process both methodical and mystical, helping me recognize how my ego seeks control over presence, strength over tenderness. The truth is that I needed to embrace all parts of myself, not a caricature of who I thought I should be.

The ceremony is the culmination of a careful process designed to assess safety and suitability. But no process works without trust. I would never have entered it without first trusting Þura — her preparation, attention to detail, communication, and steady presence.

Her support extends beyond the ceremony into integration, carried with the same depth and care.

Powerful. I surrendered to a process. I surrendered to myself.”
