Program Format

  • Duration: 4 weeks (1 session per week, approximately 90 minutes each)
  • Sessions: Private lessons (1-on-1, couples, or small groups 2–3 people)
  • Location: In L’Eliana, Valencia
  • Includes:

    • Guided meditation
    • Breathwork (different methods, including gentle and holotropic approaches)

    • Cacao ceremony & tea sharing

Pre-Session Practices

A few days before each session, participants receive:

  • Simple guided meditations or breathwork exercises
  • Journaling prompts to prepare for reflection
  • Tips for creating a calm, supportive environment at home
